Wilson Live Fibre Surf Rod 10ft 6in 2pce

The Live Fibre Champion Trophy Surf 10-feet 6-inch rod is a uniquely Australian-built rod in which Aerospace-grade carbon fibre from the USA is bonded with a resin system that gives maximum durability in fast-tapered fishing rods. This carbon is then combined with uni-directional fibreglass to create a rod with a maximum level of strength and sensitivity.

Ideally suited to cast whole pilchards and garfish on ganged hooks, down to half a pilchard on a 1/0 or 2/0 hook. You could also try using a bobby cork with either a squid jig or whole pilchard suspended underneath. The rod has plenty of power in the butt to mid section for lifting and fighting power, while at the same time it has a flexible tip to cast light baits.
