The 30mm Waterline Anchor Retrieval Speed Clip often referred to as an 'anchor ball', makes retrieving your anchor a much easier task. The Waterline 300mm Anchor Retrieval Speed Clip System is comprised of a speed clip mechanism that can be squeezed to open its gap to fit onto any anchor rope quickly and efficiently, which is attached to a short rope that goes through the 300mm float ball. Pay out your anchor as usual - then latch on the speed clip and throw the ball and speed clip attached to your anchor rope overboard and tie off the anchor as normal. When it comes to retrieving your anchor, ensure that the rope and ball are clear of the hull and motor, and start motoring forward. As you accelerate the force of the water against the ball will push it down the rope till it reaches the chain. Once it gets to the chain the speed clip will grab into a link and float the rope, chain and anchor on the surface so you can just pull it in without the strain of doing so by hand.
