Daiwa TD SOL MQ Spinning Reel 2000S

This series upgrades the iconic Daiwa TD Sol range with a Monocoque Body (MQ). The Monocoque body improves the reel structure from the ground up, making it more durable and powerful. MQ reels remove the normal side plate design, removing ways for water and debris to get into the gearbox. The extra space inside the gearbox also means they can fit a larger diameter drive gear in there, which means more power, torque and durability.

It's built from highly rigid Zion V material, a carbon composite which can stand up to harsh saltwater environments. The Zaion air rotor and seamless airbail construction gives it low start-up inertia, giving you lightweight rotation and fantastic performance right from the word go. A feature-packed small spinning reel that can hold its own against a host of fresh or saltwater predators.
